My name is Helena Suarez and I am a Pilates instructor offering Pilates Mat-work one-to-one, one-to-two and group sessions at beginners, intermediate or advanced level in Central London, North London and East London.

• I use my expertise on postural assessment and Pilates to focus in on your needs
• I work with you to make a tailor-made Pilates programme to reach your goals
• I travel to your home or workplace to deliver training to you individually or with your friends/colleagues
• I deliver group classes offering mixed level options to cater for different ability groups
• I work with pre- and post-natal women during pregnancy and after birth

From July 2012 I will be working in Montevideo, Uruguay
